Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound telesales calls
to international clients and prospects.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong communication and negotiation skills.
Handle
inbound inquiries
and convert them into qualified sales.
Build and maintain
long-term relationships
with international customers.
Meet and exceed
monthly/quarterly sales targets
.
Conduct
market research
to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on
company products, services, pricing, and industry trends
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
(preferred).
Proven work experience in
telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing
(international exposure preferred).
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal & written). Additional foreign languages are a plus.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work in a
target-driven environment
.
Familiarity with
CRM software and sales tools
.
Flexible with international working hours and different time zones.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
