International Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide administrative support. Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and product presentations. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Follow up with clients for payments and order confirmations.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
