Key Responsibilities:
? Support the international sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding into new markets.
? Manage communication with international clients through email, phone, and online channels.
? Handle end-to-end sales order processing, ensuring compliance with export regulations and accurate
documentation.
? Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
? Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
? Create, verify, and manage all export sales documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping
instructions, and certificates as per destination country requirements.
? Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as needed.
? Follow up with client's post-dispatch for shipment tracking and satisfaction feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in any graduation business commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or international sales coordination, preferably in the medical
device or healthcare industry.
? Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing export sales documentation, including commercial
invoices, packing lists, COO, certificates, shipping instructions, and knowledge of INCOTERMS.
? Familiarity with global markets, especially Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, is a plus.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office tools.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
? Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of international trade compliance and documentation processes.

Pay: ₹40,356.89 - ₹45,650.59 per month
