International Sales & Chat Representative

Location:Lal Darwaja(Office Based)

Job Time9PM to 7PM

Salary-Upto 25k

Day Shift*

Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with international customersvia chat to drive sales and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate lab-grown diamond jewelleryproducts. - Close sales and process orders efficiently. - Provide exceptional customer serviceand resolve inquiries professionally. - Track and manage customer interactions using CRM software and other E-comm portals*.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends*.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in sales or customer service*.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills*.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. - Experience with CRM software or Etsy and other E-commerce portalsis a plus. - Multilingual proficiencyis an advantage. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
