Key Skills

xefx82xb7 It should be good in control the attrition & shrinkage.
xefx82xb7 Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
xefx82xb7 Strong knowledge of Outbound call dialers, processes, and industry best practices.
xefx82xb7 Preparing glide path for the associates to insure they have a target to look forward.
xefx82xb7 Monitoring calls to ensure we are delivering expected quality calls to the customers.
xefx82xb7 Run monthly goal contests with reward and motivated staff to reachxefx82xa0salesxefx82xa0goals through
contests & bonuses.
xefx82xb7 Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
xefx82xb7 Should have experience both in sales and customer care projects.
xefx82xb7 Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis.
