Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
US freight brokerage operations
(for experienced candidates)
Source, onboard, and negotiate rates with
US carriers and shippers
Book loads, manage pricing, margins, and coverage
Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues
Requirements:
Prior experience in
US freight brokerage / logistics operations
preferred (for experienced roles)
Freshers with
international calling, BPO voice, or sales experience
are welcome
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work
night shifts (US time zone)
