Perform roaming tests (e.g., IR.21, IR.35, IR.50, IR.60) and maintain quality assurance programs using tools like SIGOS, RIS, and Total Visibility.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for roaming faults and ensure compliance with SLAs and roaming agreements.
Liaise with roaming partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve incidents and coordinate escalations.
Support change management, capacity planning, and implementation of roaming services.
Monitor performance KPIs, track operational metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Document incidents, configurations, and resolutions; maintain knowledge base and operational procedures.
