: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Caller to join our UK-based international recruitment company. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and lead generation efforts. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to leads, update their status in the CRM system, and allocate them to the relevant departments within our organization. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and effectively communicate the services offered by our recruitment company.
Update lead information and status in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
Engage with leads in a professional and courteous manner, understanding their requirements and matching them with appropriate job vacancies.
Collaborate closely with different departments within the organization to ensure smooth and timely allocation of leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, establishing rapport and trust to nurture long-term partnerships.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to management regarding lead quality and trends observed during the calling process.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.
Continuously improve knowledge of our services, industry trends, and recruitment practices to effectively address lead inquiries and objections.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the job market and stay informed about the latest industry developments.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a tele calling or telemarketing role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them to manage leads and track progress.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
Flexibility to work in UK time zones, including possible shift patterns.
