Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for overseas job / education opportunities across multiple countries
Conduct candidate interviews, eligibility checks, and documentation verification
Guide candidates through recruitment, visa, licensing, and onboarding processes
Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Provide regular recruitment reports to management
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of international recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidate suitability for overseas roles
Familiarity with visa processes, documentation, and compliance
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS, CRM, and job portals
Cultural sensitivity and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in international recruitment / overseas staffing / education consulting
Experience recruiting for regions such as
Middle East, Europe, UK.
Knowledge of healthcare, education, skilled trade recruitment is an advantage
