Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across
APAC, EMEA, US, and UK
.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements, workforce planning, and local hiring nuances.
Develop tailored sourcing strategies based on regional market trends and talent availability.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and other channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical competency.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate with compliance and HR teams to adhere to local labor laws and global hiring policies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Provide weekly recruitment updates, metrics, and insights to internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on global hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and regional talent landscapes
