Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment for leadership, mid-level, and junior roles across emerging international markets.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to local talent pools and market trends.
Partner with global business leaders and HR teams to align hiring strategies with business needs.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent for critical roles across emerging market such as LATAM, Russia, MENA, Africa, and SEA.
Manage employer branding presence and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitor analysis for strategic workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, hiring practices, and organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with a strong focus on international hiring across emerging markets (LATAM, Russia, MENA, Africa, SEA).
Prior experience in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing hiring is mandatory.
Strong track record in sourcing diverse talent across different geographies and functions.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to adapt recruiting strategies to different cultural and market contexts.
Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal - in English (additional regional languages will be a plus).
