Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment.
Source large volumes of candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and walk-in drives.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries, and manage joining formalities.
Handle visa processing and documentation procedures.
Stay updated on visa rules, documentation changes, and immigration guidelines.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including document verification and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of the employees
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or MBA Preferred.
1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring or international recruitment, preferably GCC, Southeast Asia & Eastern Europe.
Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes, visa requirements, and overseas manpower deployment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment targets under tight timelines.
Proficiency in recruitment portals, ATS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and compliance.
