Please find below the JD. : We are currently looking for Recruitment Executives for our Resume marketing consultant Role. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Research, register and apply for jobs available overseas, as per the client\'s requirement. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement search strategy that include recruitment agencies, employer websites, job boards and social networks. \xc2\xb7 Understand the client\'s profile and suggest availability of jobs as per their requirement. \xc2\xb7 Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Understand different skill sets and job descriptions and apply for the right job on job portals, recruitment boards, to recruitment agencies & directly company\'s website. \xc2\xb7 Ability to interact with the clients on call and email on their job search services. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate on responses and interview schedule with clients, as needed. Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 Bachelors or post graduate degree in HR. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years\' experience in sourcing & recruitment \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. \xc2\xb7 An understanding of various industries and job functions including entry level, technical, professional and executive roles. \xc2\xb7 Ability to build a sourcing and posting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions. \xc2\xb7 Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes and jobs from all sources. \xc2\xb7 Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office.
