Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to the travel industry. The role involves end-to-end bulk recruitment along with handling visa processing, immigration documentation and coordination for employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment.
Source large volumes of candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and walk-in drives.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.

• Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries, and manage joining formalities.

• Handle visa processing and documentation procedures.

• Stay updated on visa rules, documentation changes, and immigration guidelines.

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including document verification and compliance.

Maintain accurate records of the employees
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or MBA Preferred.

• 1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring or international recruitment, preferably GCC, Southeast Asia & Eastern Europe.

• Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes, visa requirements, and overseas manpower deployment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage).

• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment targets under tight timelines.

• Proficiency in recruitment portals, ATS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and compliance.

• Willingness to work on bulk drives, walk-in interviews, and extended hours when required
