The Lead - Product Training Specialist is responsible for leading the training and development of trainers who will be working on our platform and using our product. This person will be an expert in our product process and will be responsible for ensuring that trainers are fully trained and able to operate the product smoothly. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in product training, and experience leading a team. The key responsibilities of the Lead - Product Training Specialist will include: Developing and implementing a training program for trainers to ensure that they are fully trained on our product. Leading a team of specialists and managing their schedules. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer support, talent acquisition, and other relevant key people, to ensure that the specialists are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to train the trainers. Conducting handholding product training for the trainers, and providing guidance & support to ensure that trainers are able to effectively use the product. Provide high-quality training to the specialist team to ensure they are able to effectively handhold the onboarded trainers. Developing training materials, such as guides and videos in co-ordination with the other departments, to support the training needs of trainers. Working with the customer support team to identify common issues and develop training materials to address them. Monitoring and analyzing training metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure that training programs are meeting the needs of our customers. Conducting a set of trainings for the onboarded trainers to set an example for the team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in product training, especially with a reputed BPO setup working with US clients, with experience developing and leading training programs. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in US Voice & Accent, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of 3+ years of building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for education, training, and innovation.
