Job details-

We are looking for a strategic and driven Product Marketing Manager to spearhead international product launches, especially across India and ASEAN. This role will shape market entry strategies, define product positioning, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regional success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute market entry strategies for key regions, especially India and ASEAN
Adapt product positioning to regional market needs (B2B segment)
Analyze competitors and market trends to define unique selling propositions
Conduct in-depth market and customer research to guide product decisions
Identify innovation trends in sectors like retail, construction, and merchandising
Lead product launch plans, aligning with R&D, sales, and support teams
Design marketing materials and launch campaigns tailored to local audiences
Track launch performance and adjust strategies to optimize success
Collaborate with country managers and regional sales to align product messaging
Produce content for digital marketing, webinars, case studies, and white papers
Monitor KPIs such as market share, customer acquisition, and retention
Report regularly to management on market growth and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:

3+ years as a Product Marketing Manager with strong skills in research, packaging, and positioning
Experience supporting sales and vendor management across diverse markets
Industry background in retail, merchandising, outstaffing, or manufacturing
Strong leadership and communication skills, including public presentations
Connections in Indian startup or venture ecosystem are a strong plus
Fluent in English and Hindi
Proficiency in Trello, Asana, Notion, Airtable (or similar tools)
