Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Customer Support located in Gurugram Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various channels such as phone, email, or chat. Address customer concerns, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments within the organization. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in a multicultural and multilingual context.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
