Responsibilities



Handle international customer queries via voice process with professionalism. Deliver accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues. Ensure high-quality interactions through active listening and clear communication. Maintain documentation and adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards. Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve performance metrics.

Required Skillset



Excellent verbal communication skills -

C1 level (mandatory)

. Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria



Qualification:

Graduate or Undergraduate (both accepted).

Experience:

Minimum

1 year of International Customer Support experience

. Preferably from

Customer Support

or

Healthcare

background.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹37,000.00 per month
