Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an

International Pilot Training Coordinator.

This role requires a versatile individual who can manage various aspects of

pilot training abroad, visa application processes, sales calls, one-on-one meetings, data management, and reporting to the team leader.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of pilot training procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversea Pilot Training Management:

Coordinate all aspects of pilot training programs conducted abroad, including liaising with training facilities, managing scheduling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Visa Application Assistance:

Assist students in navigating the visa application process, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Sales Calls and Meetings:

Conduct sales calls and one-on-one meetings with prospective students, presenting our training programs and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of student information, training progress, and other relevant data. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on training progress, student enrollment, sales activities, and other relevant metrics. Provide updates to the team leader as required.

Stay Updated with Aviation Changes:

Stay abreast of developments and changes in the aviation industry, including regulatory updates, current affairs and training methodologies.

Knowledge of Pilot Training:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of pilot training processes, requirements, and best practices. Provide expert guidance and support to students throughout their training journey.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Communicate effectively with students, training partners, and internal stakeholders. Provide clear and concise information, both verbally and in writing.

Adaptive to Fast-Paced Learning:

Adapt quickly to changes in procedures, technologies, or market conditions. Continuously seek opportunities for learning and improvement.

Full-Time Availability:

Commit to working full-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend activities as needed.

Motivation and Discipline:

Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and discipline in managing tasks and meeting deadlines. Take ownership of responsibilities and strive for excellence in all endeavors.

Confidence:

Approach interactions with confidence and professionalism, building rapport and trust with stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in aviation or the education industry is preferred. Strong understanding of pilot training processes and requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly. Motivated, disciplined, and confident individual with a passion for aviation. Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
