Role Overview

As a Patient Assistance Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our international patients, guiding them through hospital processes, coordinating with medical teams, and supporting their non-medical needs. This is a people-focused role where you'll have the chance to meet and build life-long relationships with patients from Europe, USA, Africa, the Middle East, CIS countries, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients from arrival in India to departure after treatment. Accompany patients for consultations, tests, admissions, and discharges. Coordinate with hospital staff and doctors for smooth treatment flow. Help with paperwork, billing, and medical reports. Support non-medical needs such as hotel check-ins, transport, and local guidance.

Requirements

Minimum Graduate (Hospitality, Healthcare, or related fields preferred). 0-4 years' experience; freshers with excellent communication skills welcome. Good spoken & written English; knowledge of a foreign language helps, but is not mandatory. Friendly, dependable, presentable, and able to multitask.
