We are looking for a well-experienced and result-driven
International Travel Package Consultant
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selling customized international holiday packages while providing top-class travel consultation and end-to-end support to clients.
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, visa processes, and experience dealing directly with customers to deliver a seamless international travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, customize, and sell international holiday packages for leisure, honeymoon, family, and corporate clients.
Handle end-to-end operations including itinerary planning, costing, hotel bookings, sightseeing, visas, insurance, and forex coordination.
Interact with clients via phone, email, or in person to understand their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
Provide travel advice on destinations, weather, cultural norms, and travel documentation.
Maintain relationships with international DMCs, hoteliers, and suppliers for best pricing and service quality.
Prepare detailed and appealing itineraries with accurate costing and inclusions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by offering timely support and post-sale assistance.
Stay updated on latest international travel trends, packages, offers, and visa rules.
Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in international travel packages sales and operations.
Strong destination knowledge of popular international markets such as Europe, Dubai, Maldives, Bali, Thailand, Singapore, Turkey, etc.
Proficient in itinerary creation and costing with excellent negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of international visa processes, travel insurance, and flight bookings.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Well-versed in MS Office, CRM, and travel software.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Desirable):
Certification or diploma in Travel & Tourism.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and international DMC platforms.
Past experience in B2C holiday sales or luxury travel agencies preferred.
