We are seeking a confident, articulate, and well-presented

International Outreach Coordinator

to lead high-impact interactions with top-tier MBA and PGDM institutions. The role is strongly focused on

calling senior management

,

conducting in-person meetings

,

visiting colleges

, and

driving marketing and outreach efforts

to promote our international immersion programs.

This position requires excellent communication skills in English, strong presentation abilities, and the confidence to interact with Chairmen, Directors, Deans, and senior decision-makers of leading business schools.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to college Chairmen, Directors, and senior management to introduce international study tour programs. Schedule, plan, and conduct

physical meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions

with top-tier college leadership. Visit colleges across regions to build partnerships and finalize program collaborations. Present program offerings with clarity, confidence, and strong business etiquette. Drive marketing and outreach initiatives to promote academic immersion programs. Maintain strong professional relationships with management teams, faculty coordinators, and institutional partners. Coordinate only essential communication required with international universities (minimal logistics focus). Travel extensively for client meetings, campus visits, and promotional events.
