Our organization First Rite I.T. Services Pvt. Ltd. is an international BPO. We are hiring enthusiastic and dynamic personnel for an Associate profile. The job description for this position typically includes the following: Responsibilities: 1) Making outbound calls to customers in different countries and persuading them to buy products or services offered by the company. 2) Providing information about products or services to potential customers and answering any questions they may have. 3) Generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team. 4) Conduct market research and surveys to gather information about potential customers and their preferences. 5) Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6) Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company. 7) Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products or services purchased. 8) Resolving customer complaints and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. 9) Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
