International Voice Process Executive - Outbound (Night Shift)

We are hiring Customer Care Executives (CCE) for an

International Outbound Voice Process

. This role involves making outbound calls to international business owners to explain company services and generate qualified leads. This is a

full-time, permanent, in-office position

with a

face-to-face interview process

.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound international calls to prospective clients Explain company services clearly and professionally Generate leads and follow up with potential customers Maintain accurate call records and client information Coordinate with senior team members for lead closure and support

Eligibility & Requirements:

H.S. pass and above (English medium mandatory) Excellent English communication skills (verbal) 6 months to 1 year of experience in international outbound calling or website process preferred Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply Immediate joiners preferred Candidates must be based in Kolkata (in-person interview required)

Night Shift:

8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Working Days:

Monday to Friday

Weekly Off:

Saturday & Sunday (fixed)
