We are hiring energetic and confident Male Tele sales Executives for our VIP Process at Shaadi.com. The ideal candidate should have prior tele sales experience and be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international customers (B2C process).

Pitch Shaadi.com VIP Membership plans and close sales.

Maintain a strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure conversions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Tele Sales / International Voice Process experience.

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Only Male Candidates are eligible.

Comfortable with complete night shift (11 PM - 9 AM).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?35,000 in-hand (based on experience)
