We are hiring energetic and driven professionals for our

International BPO Outbound Sales process

. The ideal candidate must have at least

1 year of experience in international voice support

, with strong communication skills and a proven track record in upselling or cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international customers to pitch and sell products/services. Convert leads into sales with a consultative and persuasive approach. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks. Handle objections professionally and follow up to close deals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in international voice process (customer service or sales preferred). Excellent

spoken English and communication skills

. Comfortable working in

night shifts

. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and earning incentives.
