International outbound sales executive
Location- Andheri East, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to international customers.
Pitch products/services effectively and handle customer queries.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, collections, and renewals.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain high standards of call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Update call records, maintain customer database, and follow up for closures.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
