Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international prospects (US/Canada regions) based on the assigned leads.
Present and explain company services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Maintain call logs, track responses, and update CRM systems regularly.
Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to ensure consistent engagement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead generation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach during all interactions.###
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
0-2 years of experience in international outbound calling or telemarketing preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts (as per international time zones).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an added advantage.###
