Greetings from TELEMINDS INFOTECH INFOTECH PVT LTD

We have immediate requirements for the post of TELESALES EXECUTIVE for our International Inbound Voice Process.

FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY

International Experienced Preferred.

Shift Timings - 04:30am - 01:30pm , 05:30am - 02:30pm

Week offs- Sunday/Saturday(Halfday)

Responsibilities:-

1.Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations

2.Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

3.Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.

4.Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

5.Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating.

6. How merchandise or services meet their needs.

Requirements:-

1.Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

2.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

3.Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

4.Excellent communication and presentation skills

5.Proficient in English
