You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products/services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and messaging.
Handle objections professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in
outbound calling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
