: Customer Support Specialist (International Voice/Non-Voice)

Salary CTC:

₹20,000 - ₹36,000

Working Days:

5.5 days per week with rotational shifts and weekly offs

Mode of Interviews:

Face-to-Face

Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries (Voice/Non-Voice) with professionalism. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in customer interactions.
Requirements:

10+2 / Graduate with strong verbal and written communication skills. Good computer knowledge with fast typing speed. Prior customer service experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Additional Information:

Cab facility is available for female employees (within the defined transport zone) between 8 PM - 8 AM.
