MODE OF INTERVIEW (DUE TO COVID-19) - 2 ROUNDS OF ONLINE INTERVIEW

:

• To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
• Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.

Qualifications and eligibility criteria:

1. Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS

2. Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC graduates please do not apply. CVs won't be considered

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is MANDATORY.

4. Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and powerpoint)

5. Freshers (2019-21). 2022 Candidates can apply only if they have all cleared mark sheet.

6. Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)

7. Should have all marksheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, aadhar card, pan card.

Salary Offered :

1. Freshers - 17-19K CTC per month and Rs 13-15K in hand (Depends on interview) but candidate must be present within 30 kms from Airoli.

2. Out of boundary location do not apply.

3. Proper training will be provided and salary will also be provided during training period.

Shift time :- Night shift - 5:30 pm to 3:00 am (Mon to Fri), Sat & Sun fixed off
