The International Non-Voice Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and service requests through non-voice channels such as email and chat. The role requires excellent written communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through email/chat in a professional and timely manner.
Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining service quality standards.
Ensure all interactions are accurately documented in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution when required.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication in English (mandatory).
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
Willingness to work in US night shifts.
