Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle chat & email support for international customers Respond to queries with accuracy and professionalism Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction & quality standards Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved cases

Skills Required:

Excellent written & verbal communication in English (Mandatory) Good typing speed & accuracy Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
