International MICE Contracting
Work Location: Andheri (W).
Role:
Execute MICE International & Domestic contracting tasks as necessary, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Pitching and proposal development in prescribed formats.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to accurately cost MICE services and provide competitive pricing.
Partnering with DMC & relevant vendors for MICE related services for promoting MICE experiences to clients.
Apply MS - excel, word, power point skill set in daily tasks.
Comprehend client requirements & deliver appropriate solutions accordingly.
Continue enhancing product knowledge on International & Domestic destinations.
Meticulously draft itineraries & overall products based on clients' requirements
Strong follow up on adhering to reporting of pre & post MICE documentation compliances.
Oversee & handle operations related tasks across all the stages pre, during and post the group execution, whenever required.
Comply with departmental compliances, processes & company policies.
Primary KRA- To win client Rfp's/bids/auctions/leads.
