Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Market Development:

Identify and develop new clients in international markets for additives in fertilizer improvement, mining additives, and plasticizers. Analyse emerging trends and customer needs to craft marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents. Act as the contact to address inquiries, handle negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Promotion & Branding:

Develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns that enhance the brand image and positioning of OAN Industries' products on the global stage.

Market Research:

Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive landscapes, market trends, and regional demands. Use insights to guide strategy and identify potential growth opportunities.

Agency & Distribution Management:

Support in identifying and managing agency and distribution agreements to streamline product entry and distribution in targeted regions.

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and achieve international sales goals, including pricing strategies, volume targets, and customer acquisition metrics.

Technical Expertise:

Coordinate with the technical and laboratory teams to understand product specifications, customer requirements, and technical support needed for new and existing clients.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all international transactions are compliant with export regulations. Manage documentation for contracts, shipping, and other export-related processes.

Qualifications and Skills



B.tech/B.sc/M.Sc in Chemical Engineering or MBA in Marketing or a related field Minimum of 3-10 years of progressive experience in international marketing, preferably within the chemical fertilizer or agricultural industry. Proven track record of developing and successfully implementing international marketing strategies that have driven growth and achieved measurable results. Strong understanding of the global agricultural sector, fertilizer market dynamics, and key international markets. Excellent knowledge of various marketing channels, both traditional and digital, and their application in international contexts. Experience in managing international distributors, agents, and partnerships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to key target markets is highly desirable. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
