Job Description

The International Marketing Manager will spearhead the marketing efforts at Lotus to enhance brand visibility and market penetration globally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing and market analysis, capable of leading a team to execute innovative marketing strategies that align with Lotus's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities. Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster innovation and achieve superior results. Conduct market research to identify marketing needs and new opportunities. Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including analysis of marketing data. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with business strategies. Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI. Enhance online presence and monitor the company's brand on social media. Provide detailed reports on the performance of various marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Marketing Automation Tools and CRM software.
