(International Sales) with a strong background in Speciality Chemicals / Fine Chemicals / Performance Chemicals / Agro / PCD Division. The ideal candidate should be a hardcore chemical salesperson, passionate about building long-term client relationships, expanding global markets, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective international sales and business development strategies for chemical products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets (B2B sales).
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Provide product knowledge, technical support, and customized solutions to clients.
Generate new inquiries, negotiate terms, and convert opportunities into successful orders.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Strong knowledge of chemical products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite will be additional Advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
