Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and target markets.
Develop and implement international marketing strategies and campaigns.
Communicate with overseas clients, agents, and distributors to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to expand the company's international presence.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and stay informed about industry trends.
Ensure compliance with all export regulations and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to facilitate smooth product deliveries.
Negotiate terms and conditions with international customers, distributors and partners.
Address customer inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly.
Assist the Senior Manager in day-to-day operations and execution of export activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in international marketing/export sales (preferably in an export house).
Strong understanding of global trade practices and documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
