Job Summary
The International Marketing Employee will be responsible for developing and managing overseas markets, generating export sales leads, building relationships with international buyers, and strengthening the company's global presence. The role involves market research, client communication, trade promotion, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Market Development & Sales
Identify and develop new international markets for company products.
Generate export inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, importers, distributors, and agents.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with international clients.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute international marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and virtual meetings.
Coordinate with APEDA, embassies, export promotion councils, and international trade bodies.
Prepare marketing presentations, product profiles, and company credentials for global clients.
Export Coordination
Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and production teams to ensure timely shipment.
Monitor export documentation requirements such as invoices, packing lists, COO, phytosanitary certificates, etc.
Track shipments and follow up for payments and customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research on demand trends, pricing, competitors, and regulations in target countries.
Analyze export performance and submit regular MIS reports to management.
Keep updated on international trade policies, import regulations, and compliance norms.
Skills & CompetenciesTechnical & Professional Skills
Knowledge of international trade, export procedures, and Incoterms
Strong understanding of global marketing and export sales
Ability to draft professional emails, proposals, and presentations
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Knowledge of agri-export products (fruits/FMCG) is an advantage
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to interact confidently with international clients across cultures
Customer-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
