Identify, connect, and follow up with international distributors, OEMs, and industrial customers. Develop and maintain long-term business relationships to expand the global customer base. Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. Manage end-to-end order processing, from quotation preparation to dispatch coordination. Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations. Track and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. Communicate customer requirements, special instructions, and delivery timelines clearly to relevant departments. Maintain prompt and professional communication with customers regarding inquiries, shipments, documentation, and post-delivery support. Address customer feedback and coordinate for corrective actions, if required. Maintain and regularly update CRM data, sales reports, and customer records. Prepare monthly MIS reports covering order status, quotations, and market analysis. Support international exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns. Assist in lead generation, promotional material preparation, and customer follow-ups post-events.
