Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new international B2B/B2C clients and distributors
Manage end-to-end international sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Develop and execute strategies to expand brand presence in key regions (North America, UK, Middle East, etc.)
Coordinate with the production, logistics, and design teams to fulfill international orders
Research market trends, competition, and regional preferences to tailor the sales pitch
Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with partners and retailers
Attend global trade shows or conduct virtual meetings to promote the brand
Handle documentation related to exports, payments, and compliance (with support from internal teams)
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and insights for leadership review
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years experience in international sales (preferred in fashion/apparel/lifestyle brands)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Knowledge of export/import regulations is a plus
Comfortable with CRM tools, email outreach, and sales reporting platforms
Bonus: Experience with marketplaces like Etsy, Amazon Global, or B2B platforms like Faire, Alibaba
