Company: RYVIS PHARMA Pvt Ltd. Location: Mumbai Office Position: International Logistics Manager - Pharma Exports Oversee efficient Ocean/air shipping of pharmaceutical products. Liaise with CHAs (Customs House Agents), Freight Forwarders & Transporters. Price Negotiation with CHA, Freight Forwarder, Transporters, etc.. . to reduce the logistics cost and arrive at the best competitive cost for each shipment. Ensure adequate documentation for timely Customs and ADC clearance. Plan the most expeditious routing and track all shipments. Develop and implement global transportation cost-saving programs for year-over-year savings. Produce accurate shipping documentation / Execute required export documentation in various stages of Shipment. Manage transportation between manufacturing plants, warehouses and CHAs. Liaise to claim export benefits like RoDTEP. Liaise with banks for export documents. Handle freight claims and complaints. Anticipate and resolve day-to-day issues, complete failure root cause analysis, and take corrective actions. Requirements Must have 10-15 years of experience in logistics for pharmaceutical exports. Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations (including air/ocean, over-the-road transportation, customs and warehousing) with cross-country shipments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have strong Excel skills. Experience working in Microsoft Teams will be an added advantage.
