About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented International Logistics Manager with a minimum 3 years of experience. You will own the entire dispatch lifecycle--from order receipt on Shopify to final delivery via FedEx. You must be an expert in FedEx international shipping protocols, customs clearance, and inventory management via Zoho.

Key Responsibilities:

FedEx Operations Management:

Manage the daily end-to-end relationship with FedEx. Oversee AWBs generation, pickup scheduling, and resolve any "exception" or "stuck" shipments immediately.

Order Processing:

Sync orders from

Shopify

and

Zoho

, ensuring all customer details and product SKUs match the physical dispatch.

Export Documentation:

Prepare accurate commercial invoices, packing lists, and declaration forms to ensure smooth customs clearance in countries like the USA, UK, UAE, and Europe.

Packaging Quality Control:

Supervise the packaging team to ensure fragile items (crystals, glass) are packed according to international safety standards to prevent breakage.

Cost & Data Management:

optimize shipping costs and maintain weekly reports on shipping expenses versus recovery.

Customer Resolution:

Act as the escalation point for any delivery delays, working directly with the FedEx support team to expedite release and delivery.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in International Logistics or E-commerce Export.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Shopify

(backend order management) and

Zoho

is mandatory.

FedEx Expertise:

Deep knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager, fuel surcharges, and international zone rates.

Customs Knowledge:

Strong understanding of HS Codes, IEC, and Duty/Tax structures for international shipments.

Soft Skills:

Excellent command of English for coordinating with international support teams.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

Work Days:

5 Days a week + Alternate Saturdays.

Timings:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Standard office hours).

Location:

On-site at our Gurugram office.

Salary:

?45,000 to ?55,000 per month (Based on expertise).
