Job Summary:

As an International Leisure Consultant, you will be responsible for curating exceptional travel experiences and leisure solutions for a global clientele. You will design bespoke itineraries, provide expert destination knowledge, and ensure seamless travel execution with a focus on luxury, personalization, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their leisure travel preferences, goals, and budget. Plan and book customized international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, dining, and special experiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury travel trends, destinations, and exclusive events. Build and nurture relationships with global partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Provide end-to-end concierge support before, during, and after travel. Manage travel documentation including visas, insurance, and compliance with international regulations. Resolve travel-related issues or emergencies with a calm, solution-oriented approach. Maintain accurate records of client preferences, bookings, and feedback in CRM systems. Upsell premium services and cross-promote related luxury lifestyle offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in luxury travel consultancy or high-end customer service. Extensive international travel experience or deep knowledge of global destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., GDS: Amadeus, Sabre) and CRM tools. Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends to accommodate clients across time zones.
