1. Soft Collections

US based soft Collection process .

Work window - 5.30 pm to 10.30 am (any 9hrs login with 1 hour break)

Shifts - 5 days working (Rotational shifts and offs)

OT as per business requirement

Education - HSC/Graduate Fresher.

Experience -Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply

Salary - 17 to 30 k in hand

Age Criteria: 36 Years.

Interview round -

1) HR

2) VNA - OK3 and above (borderline only for 11th April Batch)

3) recruitment ops

Max Sal- 3.5Lpa(25+2+1)for non BPO exp to 4LPA (30+2+1)for BPO exp

2) Lead generation process/B2B sales

Shift Time - 24/7

Week Off - 2 Fixed week off Sat/Sun

Education - HSC(minimum)

Experience - 6moths international BPO Sales experience or 1year Domestic Sales experience mandate

Max Salary- 25+2+1
