high-energy and target-driven International IT Software Sales Specialist
to join our growing team in Mohali. In this role, you will engage with global clients, manage the full sales cycle, and play a key part in expanding our international presence. From lead generation to client onboarding, you will be the driving force behind software sales in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales calls daily to generate and qualify leads.
Schedule client meetings and product demos with international prospects.
Identify client requirements and provide tailored IT/software solutions.
Manage end-to-end sales, from negotiations to deal closure.
Oversee smooth onboarding for new customers.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare performance reports.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Build lasting client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT/software sales or outbound B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational Australian shifts (4:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Ability to work 5 days a week with occasional weekend availability.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient sales mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
Based in or willing to relocate to Mohali office.
