About the job:- Votiko is seeking a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Location: Surat Gujarat Salary: 20,000 to - 70,000 /month Working Days: - Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off) Responsibilities Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. You have to work on computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. Learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Each and every call you have to make a report. Requirements Qualifications-Any Graduate 3+ years of overall experience in international calling Excellent knowledge of English. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
