Interact with clients over the phone and email, offering sound advice and information related to products and destinations.
Convert customer enquiries into bookings and generate revenue for the organization.
Maximize profitability through negotiation with suppliers.
Deliver outstanding levels of customer service to exceed customer expectations.
Provide regular reporting to management.
Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
Constantly update/modify holiday experiences based on customer feedback.
Skills :
Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English are required
Energetic, confident, innovative.
Strong customer orientation
Should be well travelled or experienced in international travel management.
Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
Qualifications and Experience :
Post-graduate preferred. However, if you are a smart, confident graduate and passionate about travel then you are welcome to apply.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in frontline sales/customer service in the travel industry will be preferred. If you have travelled the globe and understand the nuances of international travel but haven't worked in the travel industry, we would like to hear from you too.
Excellent command of MS Office suite and social media
