International Healthcare Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to international healthcare services Resolve customer queries with accuracy and professionalism Ensure compliance with process requirements and maintain quality standards Document call information and maintain records as per standard operating procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in an International Healthcare Voice Process (mandatory)

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Shift:

Night Shift Only (mandatory)

Compensation:

Salary:

Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand) per month
